Your Refund Rights
You are NOT entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong choice.
Timeframe:
Our store have 1 days for returns, exchanges, or refunds, starting from the date of purchase.
You are entitled to a refund if the goods purchase:
- are defective (the defect not being caused by you); or
- do not match the description or sample provided by us; or
- Do not do what they are supposed to or what we said they would.
Conditions:
Item must usually be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, no smell of perfumes and with all tags attached and in their original bag packaging.
Proof of Purchase:
You will need to provide proof of purchase (receipt).
Exclusions:
Certain items, like sale or final sale items or item that has been reduced or discounted, NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
Shipping Costs:
We cannot refund your shipping cost or pay for your shipping cost. You are required to pay for shipping the item back.
Store Credit:
If we do not longer have the item on your size or you cannot find any dress that suit you. We will offer a credit store that last for 1 month, unless it stated differently.
Review Credit:
You are entitled for $25 off after you purchase that can be used for your next purchase every time you leave us one positive feedback.
